These Terms govern all services, features, and content offered by EVO. By accessing or using the platform, the user acknowledges full and unrestricted acceptance of these terms and commits to comply with them. If you disagree with any clause, you must not use the platform.

If you repost or publish comments, testimonials, or reviews from traderEvolution.com.br, you automatically authorize EVO to use that content for institutional and promotional purposes, non-exclusively and without financial compensation. 

9. ACCOUNT CANCELLATION, SUSPENSION & DELETION

Users may request account termination at any time via EVO’s official channels. Any pending obligations remain enforceable after termination. 
EVO reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts for legal or contractual violations, with immediate effect in severe cases, without prejudice to pending obligations. 

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

EVO may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the site/platform constitutes implicit acceptance of the new terms.
